Eddie Garafalo Jr gets my next I Stepped in Poop award! Eddie is the winner. Eddie with his bad judgement has cost his family and friends some years behind bars. It would seem Eddie has gotten fat!

It must be all those big meals he likes to eat at places like Aero's. 101. La Yuen and his buddy Peters on Henry and Union. If he does not get bail it may be some time before he gets to eat like that again.

The first day I was in downtown Brooklyn meeting with Eddie and this was before I even moved to Brooklyn. I had on my wire! I was at the old Bonafide truck lot off Butler street in Brooklyn. Eddie was there along with Steve Marcus aka Steve Sparatico, the Persico Cousin and Craig Marino stopped by to say hello. We spoke to Teddy Persico calling from Greenhaven.

Eddie ever the big shot was the guy in charge.

He was inside Teddy's mothers house where again I was wired up when Teddy was getting his guns. I wonder why he was not busted with everyone? There is one more guy who has not been brought up and he was around all the time.

I used to go out to the Big R truck lot on Staten Island all the time. Steve Marcus was there a lot and it is a good thing I ran the wire on all of them. Steve's son ran the door at a stripclub in the city, he was Eddie's guy. I wonder if Eddie will stand tall? The FBI took down his wife. Eddie has not done any real time. Last time it was 3 months and he went on the lam!

Eddie knows the guy who was around me everyday and has never been indicted.

This story is great and just keeps getting better!

The other story is the Mustang Club which has been closed for decades! The ghost of the Mustang Club keeps appearing in Orange County. The guys accused of killing the flamboyant owner Jimmy Casino are going to face a jury soon. There are still cases that involve the club that have yet to be solved. Who killed Big George Yudzavitch? The parking lot he was killed in was very close to the office of a well known Orange County crime figure. Who called Big George to the parking lot?

We know there was no way Big George would go meet Mike Rizzi in that parking lot!

We know the Gambino family did not carry out the hit. Who paid for the hit?

I think we shall soon know the answer to the questions!

There is so much going on in the world of what left of the Mafia! The Feds continue to steam roll over the New York Families. They try to shut down the Chicago machine known as the Outfit.

These groups enjoyed almost 100 years of uninterrupted rule over the underworld. Today these third or fourth generation Wiseguys never even get a chance to breath! The Feds are all over them!

There are a few that could have left the life behind. I decided to give out some awards here on my blog. My first award will go to Theodore "Teddy Do Over" Perico Jr for all the hard work he has put into getting my "This is pretty much the last you have seen of me RICO Award!"

I have some great quotes from Teddy. “If it was up to me, I’d go get a gun and shoot them, or stab them, or beat them up when I seen ‘em,” You can’t fuck with them because you’ve got everything to lose and nothing to gain by getting physical. I can get physical all day long.” Those were Teddy's new words! Now I will give you a few of his best word that I personally recorded!

"I don't need you to clean it. Just give me the gun," "Look, I know how to shoot. Just give me the gun," "How do you keep a pistol with f- -ing dirty bullets in it in the first place?

Those were some of Teddy's greatest quote. I was with Eddie Garafolo at his truck lot on Butler in downtown Brooklyn one day. This was before he moved to his Staten Island truck yard.

Craig Marino, a Persico Cousin and some other Garafolo's were with us at the yard. Teddy called and asked Eddie to send stuff to him in Greenhaven. I was put on the phone because Teddy wanted some pictures of porn stars sent to him. That was the day that Teddy lost his freedom. Yes he never even really was free again. I put the FBI onto his ride home from prison. I gave them his coming home party. I made tapes on the first day he was home. Teddy moved out of his mothers into an apartment and I was there to tape him. I was wearing a wire the day he was freaking out on Carmine in front of his mothers home. Teddy was upset about Carmine bringing dirty pistols to us when we needed them. This was a comedy of errors on so many levels! The pistols were junk, they were rusty, dirty and without the proper ammo. Carmine had no gloves, so Teddy told him to wear his socks on his hands. Eddie Garafolo was right there with us! I would go to the Big R truck lot many times and I made many tapes on Eddie and Teddy while there.

My next award is for the Guys who had it all and then stepped in Poop! The WINNER is Michael Persico!  Michael is a guy who just could not help being pulled into the family.
Carmine The Gimp Persico did all the heavy work so he could have a prosperous family. Soon Michael will join his father and brother in prison.  The Feds will hit him with more cases soon, even while I write this the are working on an indictment.  Frankie Blue eyes gave it up!  This will take care of Michael and Teddy Persico Sr.  The killing of Allie Boi's ex-wife's boyfriend was another waste of family resources.  This should wake up what is left of the family!  They have had illegal leadership for years! Time to take back the Colombo Family and run it as a real crime family not as the Persico's personal fiefdom.  Micheal had it all  the Mafia name, highly successful business, homes and freedom

Enjoy the week!  Kenji OC

I can act like a fool. Teddy Persico Jr 2009

These will go down as Teddy "Do Over" Persico's defining statement on his life! I can act like a fool! This sums up his whole life and this is what most mobsters lack today. Teddy Jr is a throwback to another time. He is a gangster to the core, he lives it and he is willing to do what it takes.
I liked Teddy because he was a hard guy. He was cool. People can talk about Teddy but few knew him. I was one of the first people to see him when he hit the streets after 17 years of lock down. He told me that he need to leave a body on the street so people knew he was back.
The powers that be wanted Teddy to ease back into the world he left behind. They were grooming him for a top slot like his father. This was not for Teddy in fact before he even was released he was already on his way to life in prision. I was already wearing my wire at Big R trucking when it was in downtown Brooklyn at Bonafide. I sent him some pornstar pictures while he was locked up. He was not supposed to get out for another four years! He was released early because they changed the law.
The day he got out he was already being watched and listened to by the law.
I wonder if Teddy is mad at Eddie Garafolo for bringing me in to his life? If it was not for me he may have had a few more years on the street. I love that I can still keep getting these guys!
One day Eddie came to my place on Shore road and his hand was bleeding bad. He had beat up one of his workers for complaining about being paid low wages. I am glad I had my wire running that day. There was one time that was so funny! Eddie was in my place and he had this paper that had Colombo guys and assoicates listed on it. He was amazed that it some new guys on it. I had to keep from laughing because I gave the FBI those guys names.

We know Teddy can do the time. What about Michael Persico and Eddie Garafolo? Michael has the family legacy to uphold. Eddie will let down his wife who is jammed up on this case and their kids. They are all losing assets in this case.
Will Eddie Garafolo stand tall? What will his Uncle Manny do?

How will Michael Persico stand after Frankie Blue Eyes does him in to the Grand Jury?

Teddy Persico Jr and Eddie Garafolo scumbags!

I wrote about this in my book. I had to take a lie detector test. I made many tapes out at the truck yard! Big R Trucking and T&E Leasing!
These are scumbags, they stolen from the Ground Zero site! The Colombo's are not hero's, this is what they are. I started this and now its done. I can now add more Colombo's to my list.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE March 9, 2010

PRESS RELEASE

INDICTMENT UNSEALED CHARGING COLOMBO FAMILY ADMINISTRATION MEMBER THEODORE PERSICO AND SEVEN OTHER DEFENDANTS

Charges Include a Colombo Family Kickback and Extortion Scheme on Demolition Work at the World Trade Center Construction Site

An eight-count indictment was unsealed this morning in Brooklyn federal court charging eight defendants – Theodore Persico, Jr., Michael Persico, Thomas Petrizzo, Edward Garofalo, Jr., James Bombino, Louis Romeo, Alicia Dimichelle, and Mike LNU variously with racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud conspiracy, extortion, and embezzlement of union benefit funds.1 The defendants, who were arrested earlier today, are scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge James M. Orenstein, at the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. The case has been assigned to United States District Judge Sandra L. Townes.

The charges were announced by Benton J. Campbell, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Joseph M. Demarest, Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, New York Field Office, and Marjorie Franzman, Special Agent- in-Charge, New York Regional Office, Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General.

As alleged in the indictment and the detention memorandum filed today by the government, Theodore Persico, Jr. is a member of the administration of the Colombo organized crime family of La Cosa Nostra, Petrizzo is a Colombo family soldier, and Michael Persico, Garofalo, and Bombino are Colombo family associates. The indictment is the product of a multi-year investigation in which the FBI used a cooperating witness to infiltrate the Colombo family and make hundreds of consensual recordings.

The charges include the Colombo family’s use of a trucking company they controlled, All Around Trucking (“All Around”), to execute a kickback and extortion scheme for debris removal subcontracting from Testa Corporation, a demolition contractor headquartered near Boston, Massachusetts (“Testa”). The Colombo family carried out the scheme at locations including the World Trade Center construction site, and the Newtown Creek wastewater treatment plant on the border between Brooklyn and Queens. Specifically, as detailed in the detention memorandum, Theodore Persico, Jr., Michael Persico, and others agreed that, in exchange for All Around obtaining debris removal subcontracting with Testa, All Around would kickback a portion of its profits as a commercial bribe to a Testa foreman. After All Around secured subcontracting work with Testa, Colombo family associates threatened Testa employees when Testa failed to pay All Around on the timetable set by the crime family. Consensual recordings captured defendant Michael Persico directing Bombino to threaten Testa employees, and captured Bombino reporting back to Michael Persico that, when Bombino made the threats, the Testa employees were “shakin’ in their boots over us.” Other charges in the indictment include an extortion of a furniture store owner, in which Michael Persico forced the furniture store owner to give Bombino control of the store until the owner repaid a loan owed to Colombo family associates.

The indictment also charges Colombo associate Garofalo and his wife, Alicia Dimichelle, with embezzlement from the welfare benefit plan and pension benefit plan funds operated on behalf of union laborers of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 282. As described in the detention memorandum, Garofalo and Dimichelle engaged in a double-breasting scheme in which they used Colombo-controlled non-union shell companies, including DM Equipment, Big R Trucking, T&E Leasing, and Roman Sand and Stone, to circumvent Local 282 collective bargaining agreement union benefit contribution requirements.

The indictment is the latest in the Office’s on-going efforts to dismantle the Colombo family. Those efforts have led in recent years to indictments and convictions of numerous members of the highest echelons of the crime family, including the 2007 conviction of former Colombo acting boss Alphonse Persico, Jr. and former Colombo administration member John DeRoss on murder in-aid-of racketeering and witness tampering charges, the 2008 conviction of Colombo captain Joseph Baudanza and others on stock fraud charges, and the 2009 indictment of former Colombo street boss Thomas Gioeli and other Colombo captains, soldiers, and associates on numerous racketeering-related murder charges and other crimes of violence.

“La Cosa Nostra continues to profit illegally in numerous sectors of our economy, allegedly including the World Trade Center construction site,” stated United States Attorney Campbell. “Our Office is dedicated to eliminating these crime families, which take a significant economic toll.” United States Attorney Campbell praised the outstanding investigative efforts by Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General.

FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge Demarest stated, “This case illustrates yet again that the mob’s aim is to make money, and the means is almost always violence or the threat of violence. Historically, the FBI referred to the economic impact of mob schemes as ‘the mob tax.’ Our goal continues to be elimination of the mob tax.”

DOL/OIG Special Agent-in-Charge Franzman stated, “Today’s RICO indictment represents a significant milestone in our efforts to eliminate the far reaching extortionate control of demolition trucking companies in New York City by the Colombo organized crime family. Through their actions, two of the defendants allegedly caused the theft of International Brotherhood of Teamsters LU 282 employee benefit plan assets, directly impacting the welfare and retirement benefits of many union members. We are committed to working with our law enforcement partners to combat this type of labor racketeering.”

If convicted of the most serious offenses, seven of the eight defendants face a maximum of 20 years’ imprisonment. Defendant Alicia Dimichele faces a maximum of five years’ imprisonment.

The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Amy Busa, Michael Tremonte, and Duncan Levin.

The Defendants:

JAMES C. BOMBINO
Age: 47

ALICIA DIMICHELE, also known as “Alicia Garofalo”
Age: 36

EDWARD GAROFALO, JR., also known as “Bobble” and “Tall Guy”
Age: 43

The Mafia cannot beat time.

Time is the one thing that none of these Organized Criminals can beat. They FBI has both time and money, even if some Mafia guy gets away with things for years, they always have new Agents to take a fresh look at them.
Today the Mafia is a young mans game. It is not a retirement plan, they will not take care of you when you are old. If you are lucky enough to dodge indictments, to get out with your life. You may move to Florida. Many will sit in Social Clubs and play cards never leaving the area they grew up in! I have watched many guys come out to nothing, time has passed them by and they became to old to hit the streets. Today guys like Pete Milano and Jimmy Caci are done, their time has passed. Many of the people they knew are gone, time has taken its toll. They are the last of them. What has Pete Milano done in his lifetime? The guys he knew and the deals he did. All the LA Family guys in its hey day, he knew. Dragna's, Licata's etc. He was around Ohio when his family ran the place. Jimmy Caci knew Russell Buffalino, Jackie Cerone , Joe Piney and many others.

Today we have guys Like Tommy (Man Boobs) Geoli locked up crying. The blog his family put up to cry about how he is being treated is the best! They blame his health problems on the system! The guy was a garbage can his whole life. He put shit into his body and now age and time caught up to him. Stop eating the crappy food! I wonder how the people he robbed furs from feel? Did they need the money? Where they afraid? What about the guys he had killed?
When he had his boy George Tropiano in a biz taking cash to him was he to old and sick? I hope George left this earth by now.

Maybe the young guys will see how their leaders in the Colombo family act. They still have time not to take the same path.

The Persico's will be finished soon. Time to get a real boss!

It is to bad Tommy Karate did not pay George Curly Fenelli what he had coming. George the little fat guy dodged that bullet.
The Feds will take care of him soon!
